Victoria.
Salon Owner, Beauty Therapist.
Hi, I’m Victoria founder of Victoria Jade Brows.
Originally from Perth, my journey in the beauty industry began early. I enrolled in beauty college at 16, driven by a passion for skincare, makeup, and helping people feel their best. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve been fortunate to work across many areas of the industry — from leading salons to education and national cosmetic brands.
After six years working in some of Perth’s leading beauty salons, I followed my passion of sales and educating people and begun a role as a sales representative and trainer, which would take me to Melbourne in 2007 and what started as a career move quickly became a life shift, and nearly two decades later, Melbourne is well and truly home.
For nine years, I travelled the country as a rep and educator for some of Australia’s leading beauty and cosmetics brands, including Ultraceuticals and Napoleon Perdis. I also spent time teaching in makeup schools, where my love for brows truly began. I was drawn to the precision, the artistry, and the ability to enhance someone’s natural features in such a subtle yet impactful way.
In 2015, I opened my salon, Victoria Jade, in a small upstairs room above a hairdresser on Greville Street, Prahran. It was humble beginnings, but filled with heart. The business grew, I started to employ my first staff members and after welcoming my daughter in 2019, I expanded into the full space at 150 Greville Street in 2021. By then my team had grown and I had an amazing team of artists working under my brand 'Victoria Jade’ which was an absolute dream come true.
In late 2024, after 9 years of business, I made the decision to close the Greville Street salon and return to working independently. In 2025, I relocated the business to Glenferrie Road, Malvern, closer to home and my daughter’s school and rebranded as Victoria Jade Brows, offering premium brow and lash services with a focus on quality, precision, and personalised care.
In July 2025, I proudly celebrated 10 years in business. I’m endlessly grateful for the support of my loyal clients, and previous staff members, many of whom have been with me since the very beginning, and for the wonderful new faces I meet every day. I genuinely love what I do and feel so lucky to spend my days doing work I’m passionate about in a community I adore.
I’m excited to welcome you all to my beautiful new space above Anaka Hair and I look forward to what the next 10 years will bring, and to continuing to help you feel confident, polished, and like the very best version of yourself.
